$10	ALL orders under $399.99 (excluding Extra Large items – see below)
FREE	ALL orders over $399.99 (excluding Extra Large items – see below)
$120	Extra Large Items  (example: Awnings, rail tracks, large appliances, extra large water tanks, generators & large batteries)

 

OUTER ISLAND DELIVERIES – Waiheke/Great Barrier/Stewart Island

$30	ALL orders under $449.99 (excluding Extra Large items – see below)
FREE	All orders over $449.99 (excluding Extra Large items – see below)
$150	Extra Large Items  (example: Awnings, rail tracks, large appliances, extra large water tanks, generators & large batteries)

 

Guide to Shipping Delivery Times*

Our orders will be dispatched out of our Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North and Christchurch warehouses, products marked ‘Online Only’ will be dispatched directly from our supplier.

2-3 business days	Residential & Business delivery addresses
3-5 business days	Rural delivery addresses (dependent on individual rural delivery service)
5+   business days	Items sent directly from Suppliers

Please note that orders with multiple items may be dispatched from different locations, resulting in products arriving separately.

Guide to Freight Companies We Use

Standard orders will be couriered via Post Haste Couriers and a tracking link will be automatically emailed to you. Extra Large products will be sent via Mainfreight or directly from our Suppliers, tracking (consignment information) of these items is available by request (see contact details below).

 

International Delivery and Postal Boxes

Sorry, we only deliver to New Zealand and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Although we are happy to send your order via your freight forwarder or shipping agent within New Zealand. Contact us at online@rvsupercentre.co.nz to find out more.

Guide to Click & Collect Process 

You will be notified once your order is ready for collection via email. Pick up can range between 24 hours to 5+ days depending on stock on hand.

Please note that when using our Click & Collect service, for your order to be collected you need to provide 1 form of photo ID and your order confirmation *we reserve the right to check credit card payment and ID.

If you are nominating someone else to pick up your Click & Collect order, please contact us.

Orders cannot be picked up from Palmerston North or Hamilton on Sundays, and Queenstown does not offer the Click and Collect Service.
